All returns must be called in (at 206.734.4227) and approved before shippng in order to obtain a return authorization number.
Return authorization numbers must be obtained within 7 days of receiving shipment (see below for Holiday exceptions).
Item(s) must be unused with original product tags and receipt.
No returns will be accepted without an R.A.# on the package.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Footwear worn outside is not returnable.
No returns/exchanges on climbing and load bearing gear.
